Randal R. Rowles, Chief Pilot - for Aircoastal Helicopters, began flying in the mid-eighties. Mr. Rowles started out flying in Georgia performing the
duties of Aerial Application on the crops for the local farmers. Over the past few years, Mr. Rowles has held the position of Chief Flight Instructor for the Aircoastal helicopters Flight Training Division. With a perfect passing rate of all pilot applicants, Mr. Rowles was awarded the Gold Seal Flight Instructor certificate for this performance standard. Mr. Rowles is also in charge of all recurrent training of all pilots of Aircoastal and will be the one responsible for coordinating any training with pertinent Bell Helicopter personnel as needed Mr. Rowles is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner.

Aircoastal Helicopters sister company Palm Beach Helicopters offers a wide variety of training programs from the Initial Private Pilot to ATP (Airline Transport Pilot).  Most of the initial flight training is provided in a Robinson R22 Beta Helicopter, but turbine transition courses in a Bell JetRanger 206BIII are also available.
